The role: We are hiring for a temp position to take... over responsibilities for someone who will be on maternity leave. Must be a team player. Event coordination and/or sales experience preferred but training will be provided. Remote position. Responsibilities will include the following: --Zoom demos with clients. The most important part of event coordination is getting the booking in the first place! Candidates must be great at sales and customer service with strong ability to book events --Phone and email followup and outreach --Event detail coordination and management --Managing client questions during and after the booking process --Coordinating event scheduling and staffing --Zoom demos with clients --Invoicing and followup --Working collaboratively with the team to brainstorm new ideas Compensation will be based on experience and job level.
