Skills

• Candidates must be licensed in California
• 2 to 8 years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort
• Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials and be self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision
• Experience handling high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues
• Experience writing and arguing significant motions and making new law
