They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer II to join their team in a hybrid work environment in San Francisco, contributing to the design of electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Revit/AutoCAD system engineering
• Design electrical distribution, lighting and power systems under the direction of a lead engineer
• Prepare project deliverables with attention to detail
• Understand and able to read plans and specifications, develop skills to edit/write specifications
• Develop the ability to understand other disciplines
• Application of building codes and electrical industry standards
• Prepare electrical load calculations and electrical equipment selection
• Interact with clients and other project team members
• Support the project lead in developing opinions of probable construction costs
• Contribute to site visits and prepare reports
• Thorough understanding of distribution Load Flow, Short Circuit and Arc Flash Energy analysis using Easy Power
• Implement the project quality management plan (QMP)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline work
• Requires a minimum 1-2 years of Electrical E-1 or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems and engineering concepts and the ability to effectively communicate to others
