If so, 4C for Children may be the perfect place for you! As a Quality Programs Specialist, you will partner with programs to develop goals focused on improving the quality of childcare and education. You will coach administrators and teachers to enhance programs focused on early childhood development (Social and Emotional, Approaches Toward Learning, Language and Literacy, etc.). You will also help providers incorporate the most up to date information about early childcare and education (State requirements, Step Up To Quality, etc.). We Are Looking For Talented People With

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field), OR a Bachelor’s Degree in an unrelated field with at least three (3) years of Early Childhood Education experience.
• Knowledge of Step-Up to Quality and ODJFS licensing rules and requirements is preferred but not required.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work occasional weekend and evening hours
