Digital Marketing Specialist / SEO Specialist

Industry & Sector A fast-growing technology solutions provider operating in the SaaS & digital solutions sector, focused on delivering measurable growth for B2B and B2C clients through performance marketing and data-driven campaigns. We hire remote talent across the United States to scale paid acquisition, SEO, and marketing automation efforts. Role & Responsibilities Plan, build and manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to meet CAC and ROI targets. Execute on-site and off-site SEO initiatives: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical recommendations, and content collaboration to increase organic visibility. Design, implement and optimize marketing automation and email campaigns using HubSpot/Mailchimp to drive lifecycle engagement and retention. Set up and maintain analytics and tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager), define attribution, build dashboards, and deliver actionable performance reports. Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments across landing pages and ad creatives to improve funnel efficiency and LTV. Coordinate with content, design, and growth teams and manage external agencies or freelancers to scale campaign velocity and creative output. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have (Skills & Tools) Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager SEMrush HubSpot Preferred (Skills) LinkedIn Ads HTML/CSS SQL Qualifications 3+ years hands-on experience running paid search/social and SEO for SaaS, e-commerce, or technology clients. Proven track record optimizing campaigns for CAC, ROAS, and conversion lift; comfortable with attribution modelling and reporting. Experience working asynchronously in remote teams across US time zones and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
