Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation Focus)

About the Client We’re helping a Cork-based digital agency find a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven lead generation campaigns across multiple client accounts.The agency works with Irish SMEs across service-based industries, B2B, professional services, retail, and eCommerce — with a strong focus on practical, measurable growth rather than vanity metrics.This is a performance-focused environment where ownership, strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong campaign execution are highly valued.The Role We’re looking for a highly experienced digital marketer who can take ownership of lead-generation campaigns across multiple client accounts and operate independently without constant direction.This is not a junior execution role. The ideal candidate should be able to assess an account strategically, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), and proactively recommend and implement improvements.The role will primarily support clients in:Home Services (solar, kitchens, windows, installations, etc.)B2B & Professional Services (accountants, solicitors, IT services, consultants, etc.)The primary focus is on generating qualified leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads , while also contributing to SEO, AI-assisted marketing workflows, tracking, and campaign strategy.Role Details Commitment: Full-TimeLocation: Fully RemoteWorking Hours: Aligned with UK business hoursEngagement: Independent ContractorStart Date: ASAPMonthly Rate: USD 1400-1600/monthWhat You’ll Do Paid Media Campaign Management (Core Focus) Manage multiple client advertising accounts across Google Ads and Meta AdsPlan, launch, monitor, and optimise lead-generation campaignsReview performance data and identify the highest-impact optimisation opportunitiesBuild campaign strategies based on client goals, budget, audience, and funnel performanceManage campaign structure, targeting, bidding, testing, and optimisationStrategy, Creative & Performance Write or direct ad copy, campaign angles, and landing page recommendationsBrief designers or creative teams on required campaign assetsUse data to explain what is working, what needs improvement, and what should happen nextSupport lead-generation strategy across both home services and B2B client accountsApply SEO understanding where relevant, especially around landing pages, site structure, and AI search visibilityAnalytics, Tracking & Optimisation Ensure accurate tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and related platformsMonitor conversion performance, attribution, and funnel qualitySupport reporting, dashboards, and campaign analysisIdentify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion ratesAI Tools & Workflow Efficiency Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve: ResearchCampaign planningAnalysisProductivityApply AI practically to enhance execution quality and efficiencyCommunication & Account Ownership Provide clear performance updates, recommendations, and next stepsManage priorities across multiple accounts independentlyCommunicate professionally with internal team members and, where needed, clientsWhat We’re Looking For Must-Haves 5-8+ years of digital marketing experienceStrong hands-on experience with Google AdsStrong hands-on experience with Meta AdsProven experience managing lead-generation campaigns (not just eCommerce or awareness campaigns)Experience working with service-based businesses, ideally home services or B2B companiesStrong understanding of: Paid media strategyCampaign structureTracking and attributionTesting and optimisationGood SEO understanding, particularly around: Landing pagesSite structureAI search evolutionStrong knowledge of: Google Analytics (GA4)Google Search ConsoleTracking and conversion setupCRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similarExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Experience working remotely and independentlyAbility to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without heavy supervisionNice-to-Haves LinkedIn Ads experienceTikTok Ads experienceAgency experienceExperience working with UK, US, or Western‑market clientsExperience improving landing page conversion ratesFamiliarity with dashboards, analytics, and attribution toolsExperience using AI tools within marketing workflowsIdeal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone who:Is both strategic and hands‑onCan independently assess accounts and make strong recommendationsUnderstands how to generate qualified leads, not just clicks or impressionsIs proactive, commercially aware, and highly accountableUses data to drive decisions and communicate clearlyIs comfortable operating in a fast‑moving agency environment with multiple prioritiesSees AI as a practical productivity tool, not just a trendRecruitment Process Initial InterviewClient InterviewPractical Assessment (if deemed necessary)Offer & Onboarding#J-18808-Ljbffr
