Your responsibilities

• Remote support (via VPN) for treatment teams and dental assistants at our locations nationwide
• Partial or full management and coordination of dental billing for individual Acura locations
• Billing for dentists according to GOZ and BEMA standards
• Processing of quarterly, ZE, PAR, and KB billing
• Preparation and billing of all types of cost estimates/HKP
• Review and optimization of work processes
• Point of contact for dentists, practice staff, and patients
• Conducting customized billing and documentation training for Acura locations

Your Profile

• Completed training as a dental administrative assistant (ZMV), dental business administrator, or dental assistant (ZMF) with a focus on billing
• Extensive experience in all areas of dental billing (GOZ, GOÄ, BEMA, BEL II, BEB)
• Ability to work independently, practically, and with a focus on results
• Very good knowledge of at least one PVS system (esp. Z1/Z1.Pro, Charly, DS-Win)
• Friendly and professional demeanor in both in-person and telephone interactions
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and excellent communication and motivational abilities
