Job Description

We are looking for a Databricks Genie & Power BI Copilot Technical Lead to spearhead AI-driven analytics initiatives. This position will be full-time and remote. What You’ll Do Configure and manage Genie spaces end to end, including semantic models and text to SQL workflows Design and optimize Power BI semantic models to enable Copilot and AI-driven insights Translate business requirements into scalable data models, SQL logic, and analytics solutions Build and support Power BI dashboards (DAX, data prep, visualizations) ready for AI integration Partner with business and domain teams to drive adoption and solution quality What You'll Need Required: Experience - 6+ Years Advanced SQL and strong semantic modeling / data design experience Hands-on Power BI development (DAX, datasets, dashboards) Ability to bridge business questions to technical implementation Domain experience (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain) a plus but not a must-have Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to [email protected] or (888) 824 – 8111.
