Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members across the organization to assist with project set-up, ongoing change requests, meet multiple timelines and maintain the highest quality standards
• Ensure that all assigned projects are meeting established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards
• Complete ad hoc or team projects as needed
• Document all project information and communicate project statuses, data, and logistical issues with internal stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 1 – 3 years prior professional experience
• 1-3 years of service-oriented experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Technical aptitude for learning new software in systems
• Experience with querying databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.)
