• Demonstrate proper body mechanics, technique, and safety guidelines to ensure participant safety during all exercises
• Incorporate elements of disciplines such as Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, or cycling to diversify class offerings and challenge participants
• Engage with participants actively, providing modifications and encouragement to accommodate all fitness levels
• Maintain a professional online presence by preparing clear instructions, music playlists, and visual cues for seamless class flow
• Track attendance and gather feedback to continually improve class content and participant experience

Skills

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to craft safe and effective workouts
• Experience in group fitness instruction with a focus on dance-based cardio or similar modalities like Zumba or aerobics
• Proficiency in program design tailored for virtual delivery that motivates diverse audiences
• Background in disciplines such as Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Sports Coaching or Personal Training enhances class versatility
