Robert Half is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to support a finance-driven organization implementing and enhancing enterprise financial systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and usability of financial processes and system integrations across multiple platforms. The QA Tester will act as a key liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure system changes are properly validated, well understood, and successfully adopted. Duration: 6 month contract Location: Hybrid preferred - 1 to 2 days onsite in Bellevue, WA Schedule: Monday - Friday - Core business Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end financial transaction flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated applications
• Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and business-driven test scenarios
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across financial systems and reporting outputs
• Partner with finance stakeholders to validate system behavior and clarify results in non-technical terms
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and release quality
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester with manual testing experience
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) testing experience.
• Knowledgeable in Functional, regression, and integration testing
• Experience supporting or leading UAT with business/finance users
• API and integration testing experience (Postman, SQL preferred)
• Experience using Azure DevOps for test and defect management.
