Carr, Riggs & Ingram is a nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm providing outsourced CFO, controller, and accounting services. They are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting functions for various clients, focusing on financial statement preparation and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial statement preparation
• Management of bookkeeping, cash, and AR/AP
• Monitor and improve upon clients' internal controls
• Manage and/or assist with the implementation of accounting systems and processes

Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience specifically with full-cycle government contract accounting
• Self-starter/adaptable mentality
• Solid understanding of QuickBooks Online and Deltek
• Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines and budgets
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
• CPA License or licensing in-process
