CRM Project Management Consultant

Job Description

  • Lead CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for CRM customization and enhancements.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize CRM usage and efficiency.
  • Oversee data migration and integration between CRM tools and other systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users to ensure effective adoption of CRM solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
  • Work closely with external vendors, including CRM providers such as DealCloud or Salesforce.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant A successful CRM Project Management Consultant should have:

  • Prior experience working in a law firm environment.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager within the professional services industry.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with CRM tools, ideally DealCloud or Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
