Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related creative field. 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a significant focus on digital media and a proven track record in a remote or distributed team environment. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital platforms, demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, design execution, and storytelling ability. Demonstrated experience leading and managing creative teams. Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, web design, video production, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively.
