• Minimum of 8 years' experience in healthcare or regulated industries, particularly in digital product management or content operations.
• At least 6 years' experience with DAM/CMS platforms, MLR workflows, or regulated content governance.
• Strong understanding of digital asset management, content management systems, and regulatory content standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product roadmaps in an agile environment.
