In this key role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and real estate transactions-from due diligence through closing-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You'll coordinate with Legal, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development teams, serving as the central hub for reputed company deal activity. Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of property acquisition and disposition transactions, from initiation through reputed company.
• reputed company due diligence, title and escrow activities, and document management for multiple reputed company deals.
• Track milestones, contingencies, and closing deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare, review, and organize purchase agreements, closing statements, and reputed company documentation.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, brokers, attorneys, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain transaction trackers, dashboards, and compliance records in internal systems.
• Ensure reputed company activities reputed company with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years coordinating commercial real estate transactions (utilities, infrastructure, or public sector strongly preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of title, escrow, and closing procedures with the ability to resolve exceptions reputed company.
