Closing Assistant Remote | Closing Hub Closing Hub, a title and closing company affiliated with Kris Lindahl Real Estate, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Closing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping real estate transactions moving forward. The Closing Assistant will support Escrow Officers by managing critical closing tasks, communicating with transaction partners, and ensuring files are prepared for successful closings.

Responsibilities

  • Order and track mortgage payoffs
  • Obtain HOA information, utility payoffs, and required closing documentation
  • Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors
  • Review files for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow up on outstanding items and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate file notes and transaction records
  • Assist Escrow Officers with file preparation and closing-related tasks
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and transaction partners

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, lending, or transaction coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience
