The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think analytically. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in quality review or audit, preferably in the health insurance industry. In addition, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong working knowledge of relevant quality management systems. A thorough understanding of Cigna's business processes and operations is essential.
