Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new leads, engaging with real estate investors, builders, and property developers, and supporting the internal sales team by setting appointments and educating potential clients about New Silver’s loan offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, real estate, or financial services and a desire to grow within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and qualify new leads and potential borrowers. Make 20-30 outbound calls per day to real estate investors, builders, and property developers. Engage potential clients to introduce New Silver’s short-term loan products. Set appointments for the internal sales team by scheduling meetings with qualified leads. Effectively manage lead data, ensuring proper follow-up and consistent communication with prospects. Educate potential clients on how New Silver’s products can benefit their real estate investment or development projects. Preferred Candidate Profile: 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or financial services. Experience in the U.S. real estate market is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Soft skills are crucial; we value a willingness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude. Neutral or light accent, as the role involves engaging with U.S.-based clients.
