Work closely with other departments within UPS to ensure the smooth flow of goods through the transportation and delivery process. Keep up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and avoid any potential delays or penalties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to customs clearance. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
