RadNet is a leader in providing exceptional patient care with a focus on advanced technology and artificial intelligence. They are seeking an Attorney Request ChartSwap to join their dedicated team, responsible for reviewing attorney requests, ensuring compliance, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify submitted Attorney requests ensuring that all documentation is HIPPA compliant and that the patient’s information is valid
• Provide exceptional customer service while responding to and documenting electronic Attorney inquiries in a timely manner established by standard operating procedures
• Follow up and report status of pending, in process and completed requests
• Locate, organize and submit electronic patient billing and/or medical records

Skills

• At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, as well as Accounts Receivable experience
• A high school diploma
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• The ability to multitask and complete tasks within multiple electronic billing and medical record programs
• Some college preferred
• Experience using ChartSwap or other electronic patient record platforms preferred but not required
