Turner Henningsen Wolf & VanDenburg, LLP is a growing law firm specializing in consumer warranty litigation defense. They are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to take ownership of cases, work closely with senior attorneys, and gain hands-on experience across all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, discovery, briefs, and related legal documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements
• Appear in court for hearings and law & motion
• Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Perform legal research to support case development and motion work

Skills

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Up to 3 years of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to develop litigation skills within a supportive environment
• Prior consumer warranty defense experience is helpful but not required
