The practice focuses on representing subcontractors and general contractors in active construction defect disputes across the state. What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload focused on construction defect litigation
• Represent subcontractors and general contractors in active litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend depositions involving experts, contractors, and key witnesses
• Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Collaborate with clients and partners on litigation strategy
