Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Preferred experience in Insurance Defense, General Liability, including Premises Liability
• Admitted to practice in NJ (NY, CT, or PA is a plus!)
• JD from an accredited law school

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and work collaboratively to develop litigation strategy
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Attend depositions and court appearances
• Perform legal research
