Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer Location: Remote Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Amazon Connect development and administration
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, CloudWatch, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and IAM
• Experience in building IVR call flows and contact center solutions
• Strong knowledge of contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and user management in Amazon Connect
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM systems and third-party applications
• Knowledge of real-time and historical reporting solutions
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Good understanding of voice technologies and telephony concepts
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Amazon Connect contact center solutions
• Create and maintain IVR workflows and routing strategies
• Integrate Amazon Connect with internal and external systems
• Develop AWS Lambda functions and backend integrations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases
• Maintain security, compliance, and best practices across AWS services
• Preferred Qualifications:
• AWS Certification is a plus
• Experience with Amazon Lex chatbots
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Banking, healthcare, or telecom domain experience preferred
