* WEB DEVELOPER JOB DETAILS Web Developer and Designer Main experience with WordPress + Go HighLevel (1099 Contractor) We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer and Designer to build, maintain, and optimize high performance websites for small businesses and our internal brands. This role requires strong technical execution, clean design instincts, and deep platform knowledge, especially with WordPress and Go HighLevel. This is a hands on role where speed, accuracy, and problem solving matter. Projects move fast and some builds are required to be completed within a week or less. This position is for an individual contractor only. We are not hiring agencies and we are not hiring overseas contractors. Portfolio Requirement

** You must provide live website URLs that you personally built or led. Performance and page speed will be reviewed. If you DO NOT SUBMIT LIVE URLS that you have created, you will be denied. Engagement Type 1099 Contractor Hourly and per project, depending on scope and experience. Hourly range $20 to $50 per hour Availability varies based on workload and timelines What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Building websites from concept through launch
  • Designing clean, conversion focused layouts
  • Developing and customizing WordPress and Go HighLevel websites
  • Migrating and rebuilding sites into Go HighLevel
  • Troubleshooting plugins, conflicts, and performance issues quickly
  • Optimizing page speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Implementing CRO best practices across pages and funnels
  • Maintaining, improving, and scaling existing websites
  • Ensuring sites meet performance, security, and UX standards
  • Working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines

Required Technical Skills These are non-negotiable

  • Expert level WordPress backend knowledge
  • Strong Go HighLevel experience with websites, funnels, and automations
  • WooCommerce expertise including advanced shipping rules
  • Proficiency with page builders including Elementor, Avada, WP Bakery
  • Strong HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript knowledge
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, testable code
  • Deep understanding of site performance optimization
  • Core Web Vitals passing scores
  • Google PageSpeed Insights 85 plus on mobile
  • GTmetrix A or B performance targets
  • CRO focused mindset for layouts, CTAs, and forms
  • API integrations and webhook experience

Nice to Have

  • Hosting and migration experience
  • DNS, SSL, Cloudflare familiarity
  • VPS or managed hosting environments
  • Advanced SEO implementation experience
