The Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As a Insurance Sales Representative you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead databases
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Create personalized insurance quotes and present tailored coverage options
• Educate clients about products and protection programs
• Close sales
• Top producers who sell at least 2 policies per day consistently earn six figures

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required) life license a plus
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with computer and internet programs, will use agent portals.
