AI Marketing Specialist Remote | $65,000-$80,000 We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy AI Marketing Specialist to help build and scale a modern B2B marketing engine. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining marketing, technology, AI, analytics, and process improvement to drive measurable business growth. You'll work across content, automation, reporting, websites, SEO initiatives, and marketing systems while helping build an AI-powered marketing operation.

What You'll Do

Own marketing execution. Turn webinars, customer stories, technical articles, and expert interviews into high-quality content across LinkedIn, email, blogs, landing pages, and our website using AI tools. Manage marketing technology. Support HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, AI tools, scheduling platforms, and other marketing technologies that power our campaigns. Drive reporting and optimization. Track campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and marketing KPIs. Deliver actionable reporting and recommend improvements. Coordinate digital marketing initiatives. Work with SEO, web development, content, advertising, and design partners to ensure projects stay on schedule and campaigns execute successfully. Support website and digital growth. Assist with WordPress updates, landing pages, SEO initiatives, website optimization, technical content publishing, and ongoing digital improvements. Build AI-powered workflows. Help identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency, content production, reporting, and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology experience
• Experience working with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
• Experience with WordPress website management
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and campaign reporting
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms on a daily basis
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience marketing for an IT services, SaaS, software, cybersecurity, or technology company
• SEO, GEO, AEO, or technical content experience
• Experience creating or editing technical articles, whitepapers, case studies, or thought leadership content
• Familiarity with marketing automation, workflow creation, and AI-driven content generation
• Experience collaborating with technical, engineering, or product teams
