Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Platform Specialist to manage and maintain enterprise website and intranet content. This role involves publishing content, supporting content migrations, auditing site quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, user-friendly digital experiences.

• *Responsibilities**

• Publish and update content using a Content Management System (CMS).

• Maintain website and intranet pages, metadata, and site quality.
• Perform content audits, fix broken links, and remove outdated content.
• Support large-scale content cleanup and migration projects.
• Partner with designers, writers, and business stakeholders to fulfill content requests.
• Ensure content aligns with brand and design standards.
• *Required Skills**

• 2–3+ years of experience with web content management or CMS platforms (AEM preferred).

• Experience publishing and maintaining website/intranet content.
• Knowledge of metadata, SEO, Schema.org, Open Graph, or Google Core Web Vitals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• *Nice to Have**

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM, or Figma experience.

• Basic HTML and content editing/writing experience.
• *Education:** High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
