Job Summary As an Account Optimization Manager, you will work as part of a high-performing, collaborative commercial team to enhance competitiveness and availability across an assigned portfolio of hotels. Your goal is to optimize overall performance through data-driven actions and strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, and best rates. Apply data-driven actions and prioritize based on company dashboards. Secure new offers and extra availability directly loaded by suppliers. Partner internally with Contracting Managers to ensure efficient collaboration and strategy alignment. Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers. Skillset and Experience Required Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with ability to act on data insights. Proficiency in systems and tools for contract management. Experience in hotel contracting or account optimization.
