We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for guiding homeowners through the roofing process and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through self-generated leads, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
• Conduct roof and gutter inspections and provide accurate assessments
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare estimates and present solutions to homeowners
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Communicate consistently with customers throughout the process
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Basic knowledge of roofing is a plus, not required
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus, not required
