Shift Hours: Start time ranges between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. 9-hour shifts. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should be able to obtain detailed dispatch specifications from customers, perform load planning, coordinate load assignments, monitor various shipping boards, handle administrative paperwork, monitor driver's locations, and perform accurate data entry. Candidate should be able to exercise a high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks as work is performed under minimal daily supervision. This position requires an extensive training program that will require a flexible work schedule. Job Requirements: High school diploma required Professional and detail-oriented dispatch experience/formal training preferred, will consider familiarity in trucking industry Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service Proficient in computers Excellent organizational and customer service skills Ability to multi-task High level of self-motivation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to follow and adhere to Logistics ISO procedures and corporate policies What makes CLAW a great place to work?
