What You'll Do

Own the growth of WarriorBabe's YouTube channel from strategy through execution. You'll partner closely with our content team while leading the overall YouTube strategy, ensuring every video has the highest possible chance of succeeding. Responsibilities include: Develop and own the YouTube growth strategy Build and manage the content calendar Research trending topics and audience interests Develop high-performing titles and thumbnails Analyze YouTube Analytics and identify opportunities for growth Optimize watch time, retention, click-through rate, and subscriber growth Brief editors on storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention Work with leadership to turn expertise into compelling YouTube content Continuously test new formats, hooks, series, thumbnails, and publishing strategies Stay ahead of YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices We're Looking For Someone Who...
