Working with Ross, you'll focus on story clarity over visual polish. This is not wedding videography. This is not cinematic ad work. This is Youtube retention editing. You must understand opening and closing loops, delaying payoff, and stakes.ResponsibilitiesLong-Form EditingWriting an outline of how each video will be structured.Edit the video to match the outline with good pacing, music, and VFX.Implementing revisions from Ross.Turn multiple takes into one cohesive and retentive video.Constantly learning more about Youtube retention.Requirements3–5+ years of youtube retention editing experience.Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiar with After Effects.Basic motion graphics skillsStrong understanding of audio mixingA portfolio showcasing your strongest Youtube retention editing work.
