• Review and refine AI-generated content across plays, novels, short stories, articles, long-form essays, tweets, podcasts, lectures, and late-night formats
• Evaluate outputs for literary quality, structure, tone, and thematic depth
• Provide detailed editorial feedback to improve coherence and originality Ideal qualifications
• 10+ years experience in creative writing — playwriting, journalism, essays, novel writing, short fiction, and social media
• For social media applicants demonstrable and significant experience running social media campaigns across platforms (particularly X/Twitter) required
• Substantial body of published work (novels, staged plays, multiple short stories in recognized outlets)
• Work featured in prestigious literary publications, journals, anthologies, or professional productions
• Recipient of recognized literary awards, fellowships, or honors
