Responsibilities:

• Perform workforce management functions including capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and real-time adherence monitoring
• Utilize NiCE IEX for workforce management activities
• Analyze data and generate appropriate reporting to support workforce decisions
• Support workforce operations through data-driven insights and analytics

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of recent, hands-on experience with NiCE IEX
• Minimum six years of recent experience in capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and real-time adherence monitoring; minimum one year of recent experience within a healthcare provider environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills
