About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Workday integration technologies and AWS. The role involves building and enhancing integration pipelines across multiple enterprise systems using modern cloud-native practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain integration pipelines between Workday and downstream systems - Work on both new integrations and enhancement of existing integrations - Build scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions leveraging AWS services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, Finance, and IT Required Skills: - Expertise in Workday integration tools including Studio, RAAS, REST/SOAP APIs, and Core Connectors - Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and integration patterns - Working knowledge or exposure to Amazon EKS (preferred) - Experience integrating Workday with enterprise systems such as JDE, ServiceNow, Concur, Active Directory, and CRM platforms (e.g., Tower CRM) Preferred Skills: - Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, and IAM patterns Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in AWS integration and enterprise integration development - Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with other enterprise applications Location: Remote (Houston - as per customer requirement) Work Mode: Work from office – 4 days/week.
