Workday Business Systems Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA (100% Remote) Duration: 30-40 hours/week, 3-4 months with potential to extend Experience: Extensive experience as a Workday Business Analyst - must be strong in Human Resource Management, Performance Sync, and Advanced Compensation modules and overall HRIS initiatives. Overview: Komodo is a WorkDay shop from an HRIS perspective. They are going through a critical change in the system and turning on the Performance Sync module and Advanced Compensation modules. They are looking for a WorkDay Business Systems Analyst to meet with stakeholders and different users, gather information, write requirements and maximize efficiencies of the platform. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to help enhance existing processes and design new system changes to meet strategic and operational needs of the business
• Gather information, evaluate business needs, and write technical requirements
• Maximize Workday efficiencies serving as a subject matter expert
