All of our students subscribe to a regular schedule. This means that our teachers will have a consistent schedule that will be stable throughout your contract with us. This will allow teachers to build relationships with their students to better understand their strengths, weaknesses, learning styles, and interests in order to provide the best learning outcomes possible. Regular students also provides teachers with financial security since your weekly schedule will be consistent and reliable. Because of our model of pairing students with teachers, all of our teachers need to have stable, fixed schedules throughout your contract with us. No more stressing about your schedule each day! • Native or near native pronunciation
• Great communication skills
• Commitment to responsibility
• Experience working in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL) preferred
• High-speed internet connection
• Access to a HD camera and mic
• Bachelors degree
• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent
• [REQUIRED] Fixed schedule for a minimum of 6 months
