Position Details Comprehensive Training Provided – No prior experience in public adjusting is required. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help you build the skills and knowledge needed for success in this role. Flexible Schedule & Work Location – Our claim representatives enjoy the flexibility to create their own schedules. This position can be worked part-time or full-time and may be performed either remotely or in person. Remote Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual or in-person property walk-through inspections to identify damages that may be covered under insurance policies
• Utilize communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to business growth and client success
• Interpret insurance policies and explain coverage-related information to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs professionally and efficiently
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to assist in processing claims
