Client Interaction: Provide top-notch support to clients with inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless experience. Vendor Management: Coordinate with travel vendors like airlines, hotels, and tour operators to confirm reservations, obtain necessary documentation, and resolve issues. Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency and customer experience. Special Projects: Assist with various projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the team s success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document management, and communication. Proficiency in computer software and database systems, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
