As a Wellness Coach, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health among our employees. Responsibilities

Requirements

Relevant certification in wellness coaching or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire others Basic knowledge of health and wellness principles Proficiency in using digital tools for coaching and communication Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus
