Role Description We are hiring a Web3 Hedge Fund & Strategy Analyst for a full-time remote position based in the USA. This role focuses on hedge fund analysis, strategy development, and market intelligence across Web3, digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and DeFi markets. This is a full-time, paid role focused on tracking market developments, evaluating fund-relevant trends, and contributing to structured analysis across token markets, blockchain activity, and digital asset ecosystems. The role involves working with market data, reviewing sector performance, and supporting internal reporting related to fund positioning, strategic priorities, and investment insights. The ideal candidate actively follows crypto markets, understands Web3 ecosystems, and is interested in how token activity, liquidity conditions, protocol developments, volatility, and market sentiment shape hedge fund opportunities and strategy across the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

Analyze digital asset markets, blockchain ecosystems, and broader Web3 trends Track developments across DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and crypto sectors Monitor market activity, liquidity conditions, volatility, and hedge fund-relevant trends Support internal reporting and structured analysis across hedge fund research, market intelligence, and strategy initiatives Track developments across blockchain networks, digital assets, and Web3 investment markets Assist in organizing data related to market movement, research findings, fund-related activity, and strategic priorities Collaborate with team members on hedge fund analysis, investment research, market intelligence, and strategy development

Qualifications

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems Good understanding of digital assets, hedge fund strategies, and decentralized platforms Experience with research, market analysis, fund support, strategy, or crypto-related work is strongly preferred Ability to interpret data and identify trends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Salary range: USD 100,000 - USD 120,000 per year depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
