Job Description:

• Lead a team of developers by providing guidance and conducting code reviews
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions
• Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for the team
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project scope
• Oversee website hosting, domain management, and infrastructure
• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow websites
• Lead the implementation of technical and on-page SEO best practices
• Proactively identify and resolve complex issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress and/or Shopify development
• Deep proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a development team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
• Familiarity with hosting platforms such as Kinsta and WPEngine
• Working knowledge of domain and DNS management (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.)
