Our WA law firm client is currently in need of experienced and dedicated Washington-based Family Law paralegals. Schedules can vary according to your availability - minimum hours would be 10 per week; maximum hours would be based upon your availability - to full time! Based upon your skills, responsibilities may include: 1. Draft and file legal documents 2. Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters 3. Settlement proposals 4. Temporary Orders 5. Motions/proposed orders 6. Child support docs 7. Manage case calendars and deadlines 8. Organize and maintain client files 9. Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel 10.
