A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Manchester, New Hampshire to provide telehealth services across Pre-K through 12th grade. This full school year contract role requires valid Vermont teaching certification in Special Education. Key responsibilities include

• Delivering specialized educational instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs through telehealth platforms.
• Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with state guidelines.
• Collaborating with families and educational teams to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support compliance and student growth.
• Utilizing technology effectively to engage students in a virtual learning environment.

Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience teaching Pre-K through 12th grade students with special needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a virtual setting.
• Knowledge of telehealth delivery best practices preferred.
