We are currently contracting with experienced Virtual Medical Assistants and Receptionists to provide professional, high-quality front office support—all from the comfort of your home office. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals looking to grow their remote career with long-term client work and a supportive virtual team.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering inbound calls on behalf of busy medical clients
- Scheduling appointments and providing calendar support
- Performing insurance verifications and patient intake
- Using EMR/EHR platforms for documentation and updates
- Supporting multiple clients using software like Zoom Phone, EHRs, and Zoho apps.
- What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in a medical practice, clinic, or hospital
- Strong written and spoken English
- A quiet, distraction-free home office
- Desktop or laptop (Mac or PC) with webcam
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience with phone-based support and online scheduling
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, VoIP systems, and EMR platforms
