Basic Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in India
  • Have strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Have a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
