Job Overview Lightspeed HQ is seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with exceptional administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritising communications to ensure timely responses. Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other business documents. Conduct thorough online research to gather information as requested by the team. Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and creating detailed itineraries. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and expense reporting. Support various projects by helping to track deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a varied workload. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is desirable but not essential.
