As a Virtual Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, sales, and administrative support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking travel arrangements, and resolving issues efficiently. Your expertise in travel trends, visa requirements, and destination knowledge will enable you to provide accurate advice and recommendations to our clients.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, helping clients with travel bookings, itinerary customization, and resolving issues.

  • Sales and Booking: Recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences and budget. Facilitate bookings and manage reservations efficiently.
